Our services

We provide marketing services for home-services businesses, which may include websites, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, reviews and reputation, AI-search optimization, paid advertising, and lead tracking and reporting. The exact services depend on the plan you choose. Plans are month-to-month unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Fees and payment

• Plan fees are billed monthly, in advance, through our payment provider, Stripe.
• Our management fee is a flat fee. It is never a percentage of your advertising spend.
• Advertising spend, meaning the budget paid to platforms such as Google and Meta, is separate from our fee and is billed by those platforms or as otherwise agreed.
• Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we agree in writing.

Cancellation

Because our plans are month-to-month, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. To cancel, email us at the address below. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the access we need to your accounts, profiles, and platforms.
• Respond to reasonable requests so we can do the work on time.
• Make sure the facts, claims, and content you ask us to publish are true and that you have the right to use them.

Ownership of your website and content

Your website, domain, content, and marketing accounts belong to you. While we work together, you grant us the access and license we need to build and manage them on your behalf.

The systems, processes, templates, software, and know-how we use to deliver our services remain ours.

No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, your budget, and the rules of third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic, call volume, leads, or revenue.

Any examples or past results we share, including results from our own company, show what is possible. They are not a promise of the results you will get.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and Meta. Those platforms set their own terms and can change their rules, pricing, or availability at any time. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, or decisions.

Confidentiality

Each of us agrees to protect the non-public information the other shares and to use it only for the purpose of working together.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vynd AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Vynd AI against claims that arise from the content or information you provide or ask us to publish, or from your use of the services in a way that breaks these Terms or the law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using our website or services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
