Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and the details you share through our contact and audit-request forms, by email, or over the phone.
• Billing information: when you become a client, payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number on our own servers.
• Scheduling information: if you book a call with us, that is handled through Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
• Information collected automatically: pages you visit, the source that referred you, approximate location, and your browser and device type, gathered through cookies and standard analytics tools.
• Call and form tracking: for our clients, and on pages where it is enabled, we use call-tracking technology such as CallRail that assigns phone numbers to measure which marketing produced a call.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare your free audit.
• Deliver, manage, and improve the services you hire us for.
• Process payments and send billing, account, and service messages.
• Measure marketing performance and improve our website.

• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
• A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Your privacy choices

If you are a California resident, you can opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, email us at sales@vyndai.com, or turn on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out. We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, including California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your information, and to opt out of marketing messages. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children's privacy

Our services are built for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
